COLORMARK has its G7 Masters Degree
COLORMARK is proud to announce it has earned Master certification in G7® from the GRACoL® task force of IDEAlliance. Only two other printers in the Kansas City area and less than 600 nationally have reached this high level of distinction. What does this mean for customers?
Established in 1966, GRACoL developed guidelines that are the standard for many pressrooms for quality color printing.
GRACoL guidelines help you:
- Reduce costs, decrease turn-around times, and avoid re-makes.
- Develop internal guidelines for reliable process controls.
- Acquire print predictability: know what you'll get on press -before you get there.
- Demonstrate printing quality through achievable print guidelines and target goals.
- Build upon the education in fundamentals of printing and developing technologies
GRACoL’s G7 method specifically defines grayscale appearance, and is a calibration method for adjusting any CMYK device to simulate the G7 grayscale definition. A key benefit of this method is that it is device independent. G7 printers go through a rigorous certification process, which is renewed yearly. The G7 Master Qualification Seal means that the company uses the most modern technology, techniques, proofing, press controls and standards required to produce a close visual match from proof to print.
COLORMARK remains committed to being your smart marketing solutions partner by investing in leading-edge knowledge and technology that will benefit your company.
