Colormark generates buzz and increases booth traffic at a conference!
By sending out personalized pre-mailer to all registered conference attendees, Colormark was able to generate buzz and lots of booth traffic during the three-day conference.
The personalized mailer directed them to visit their own personalized url where they could choose between a poster, deck of cards and notepads personalized with their own photos and information in exchange for answering a few questions! Then they were directed to visit the Colormark booth during the conference to pick up their free gifts.
The response was tremendous. Out of the 200 mailers that were sent out, 77 people visited their website and 53% of those people converted. After people began picking up their personalized gifts, word spread to other attendees and more people came to to the booth asking for more information about us.
Many attendees told us that they received mailers from a lot of the other exhibitors, but they only responded to our piece because it was interactive and fun.
